Chairzone - Your No. 1 for office chairs in Switzerland

Together with the customer, we clarify which seating solutions are required: Swivel chairs for workstations, executive chairs for management, chairs for meeting rooms and contract chairs for reception and visitor areas. We check whether a uniform product line or a combination of different models makes sense and take individual requirements and the use of sitting or standing tables into account.

Our philosophy

Our mission is to make Switzerland sit better! We aim to offer high-quality office chairs from reputable manufacturers at fair prices and deliver them within a few days. We want to be a specialist retailer who can advise customers and operate a web store that contains all the necessary information. The range should be both broad and deep and a large number of the chairs should be immediately available from stock.

A chair is like a good pair of pants. It has to fit! It is important to us that the customer finds the ideal product. That's why we attach great importance to providing comprehensive information in the web store and personal advice by e-mail or telephone. For larger quantities, we are happy to organize a trial fitting at the customer's premises.

2010

Foundation of Chairzone

In the same year, our first webshop went online. At the beginning, it was difficult to convince renowned chair manufacturers of the combined showroom/online sales, but gradually we were able to win over new manufacturers. After just a short time, our business idea had caught on and we could proudly call ourselves partners of our desired manufacturers. Over the following years, the Chairzone product range was constantly expanded and the web store was optimized in many areas.

2016

Own Chairzone product line

Thanks to many discussions with our customers and a wealth of experience with manufacturers, we launched the "Chairzone Self One" product line in 2016 with the aim of offering a durable, high-quality product in each main category. The chairs should meet current requirements and be available at a fair price.

2018

Larger product range

Over the following years, the Chairzone product range was constantly expanded and the web store was optimized in many areas.

In order to meet current requirements and to be able to add more categories to the range, the desire for a new web store arose in the fall of 2016. This wish was realized in summer 2017 and in spring 2018 Chairzone was able to go online with a new store.

2025

Relaunch online store

At the beginning of November, the online store was completely revised and brought up to date with the latest technology and given a complete visual overhaul to meet our customers' expectations.

The webshop

The web store is the central sales organ of Chairzone. The layout must be functional and appealing.

The published products must be well structured and the customer should be able to find their way around the pages quickly. The most important information about the products and all-round seating must be easily and centrally accessible. The products should also be searchable, filterable and easy to compare.
