Delivery
The delivery of products from Chairzone is always free of charge.
Delivery time
If the goods are in stock, you will receive them within 1 - 2 days. Information on stock levels can be found on the respective product page. If the goods are not in stock, details of the delivery time can be found on the relevant product page.
Place of delivery
Chairzone products are delivered within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Scope of delivery / assembly
All our products are brand new. Most chair models are shipped in disassembled condition. Assembly is simple and can be completed in a very short time. Assembly instructions are included with the product. Please check the scope of delivery on the respective product page before ordering. If you would like the item to be assembled, this is possible. However, this option can only be selected if you opt for delivery by the floor. Assembly is not possible with a pure parcel or general cargo delivery.
Self-collection
Don't want your new chair to be shipped to you first? You can collect your order directly from our warehouse on the same day. Simple, fast and free of charge. This not only saves you time, but also CO₂, as there is no unnecessary transportation. Ideal for local customers who value sustainability and flexibility.
