Return condition

Of course, you have an exchange and return guarantee on all stock items for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. However, the products can only be returned in their original packaging and in a clean condition.

Return option

1. self-delivered returns (via service provider or drop-off in Regensdorf) are possible during our opening hours.Customer serviceand let us know that you will be returning the chair. You will be responsible for the costs incurred directly.

2. return service
Chairzone GmbH offers to take care of the return logistics. Our forwarding agent will contact you in advance by telephone to organize the time and place of the return transport. Deposit the returns securely packed (i.e. ready for transportation) at the kerbside on the day of collection. The order for collection must be issued in writing to Chairzone GmbH. Please contact our .Customer servicewith your request for return / exchange.

2.1 Return period
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods (date of delivery bill). If you use the return service of Chairzone GmbH, the date of the written order is the return date!

2.2 Return service costs
This service is subject to a charge! In the event of a return, a flat rate of CHF 59 per returned product will be deducted from your refund. If you have not yet made a payment (e.g. when purchasing on account), the outstanding invoice amount will be reduced by the product costs of the returns. The new invoice amount in favor of Chairzone GmbH corresponds to the number of returns * CHF 59. If you have already made a payment, you will receive a credit to the payment method used (bank account, TWINT, credit card, etc.) within 14 days. The credits and costs are shown on your invoice.

Planzer Transport AG is commissioned to collect the waste.

Credit note on return

Please note the following: If you pay by credit card, a chargeback will be made to your credit card. For all other payment methods, the refund will be made to an account which must be issued in the name of the invoice recipient. Please provide us with the corresponding IBAN.
